so i was gone for like 134932549459050 years but now im back. stats & intake to come tomorrow. im fat again so no progress pics yet, but once im 108 i’ll take a picture. okay? okay. p.s i missed you, food is terrible

-or create a scrapbook of your family or friends,
-or handwrite a letter to a friend and mail it,
-or make a bucket list and start planning some things out,
-or daydream about ANYTHING,
-or clean your house,
-or do a DIY t-shirt into tank top (tutorials on youtube),
-or count your coins,
-or memorize a rap (like look at me now, or nicki minaj or eminem raps),
-or memorize pi,
-or choose items of clothing & books to give to your friends,
-or shop online,
-or do yoga,
-or curl your hair and take pictures,
-or take a bike ride,
-or take a shower and shave your legs really thoroughly,
-or take pictures of anything,
-or compliment people’s pictures (facebook or tumblr)
-or have some tea.
