breakfast: peppermint tea with three splenda(sorry i no its bad)

lunch: 1 cup corn pops: 120 cal

         1/2 raspberries: 30 cal

after school lunch: 1 cup of vanilla rice krispie cereal: 120 cal

dinner: 1 gala apple: 100 cal (?)

          8 cherry tomatoes 40 cal (?)

                       meal:410

workout: 30 min walk/jog/run: 200 cal

total: 210

so i was gone for like 134932549459050 years but now im back. stats & intake to come tomorrow. im fat again so no progress pics yet, but once im 108 i’ll take a picture. okay? okay. p.s i missed you, food is terrible

-or memorize a rap (like look at me now, or nicki minaj or eminem raps),

-or memorize pi,

-or choose items of clothing & books to give to your friends,

-or shop online,

-or do yoga,

-or curl your hair and take pictures,

-or take a bike ride,

-or take a shower and shave your legs really thoroughly,

-or take pictures of anything,

-or compliment people’s pictures (facebook or tumblr)

-or have some tea.
